
From 20th August 2010 The Cineroleum on Clerkenwell Road will be screening old classics such as Rebel Without a Cause, Night of The Living Dead and The Third Man, but this new venue is a cinema with a difference.
Being transformed from a derelict Petrol Station into a hand built Cinema, The Cineroleum was an idea created and built by a young group of artists, architects and designers wanting to re-energise derelict urban spaces.
Shorts and Animationes curated by Guerilla Cinema will be shown before the films showcashing new talent and all tickets will be priced at a very reasonable £5 and screenings are open from 7pm the films being shown at 8.30pm.
One to watch out for is the screening of the newly restored German expressionist masterpiece Metropolis on 11th September
